Bavette Steak with Shallot Sauce
Ingredients :
- Individual portions of bavette (flank steak)
- Ready-to-use shallot sauce from Bistro Montebello
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions :
- Season the bavette steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over high heat, then sear the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, depending on your preferred doneness.
