Vinaigrette échalote et érable recette

Cantaloupe, Strawberry, and Fennel Salad;

Ingredients; 

  • Cantaloupe, cubed
  • Strawberries, halved
  • Fresh fennel, thinly sliced
  • Shallot and maple vinaigrette
  • Burrata cheese
  • Roasted pistachios
  • Pesto
  • Croutons

Instructions :

    1. Grill the cantaloupe cubes for a few minutes on each side, until they are slightly caramelized and marked.
    2. In a large bowl, mix the grilled cantaloupe cubes with the strawberries, sliced fennel, and the shallot and maple vinaigrette to taste.
    3. Arrange the mixture on a serving dish, then gently add the burrata cheese, letting it melt into the salad.
    4. Sprinkle with roasted pistachios for an irresistible crunch, add a few dollops of pesto for a flavour contrast, and finish with crispy croutons to add even more texture.
