Ingredients :
- 4 salmon fillets
- Ready-to-use Piri-Piri marinade from Bistro Montebello
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
- Fresh lemons (for serving)
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish
Instructions:
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and generously coat them with the Bistro Montebello Piri-Piri marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for a stronger flavour).
